Getting started

Training with me is an extremely personalized experience. I take a lot of time programming, taking into account your own body’s needs, abilities, your wellness goals, your injury history, and your own personal preferences in terms of what exercises and activities you enjoy. I offer a few different training program options, however I almost exclusively recommend strength training a minimum of 2 to 3 times each week, coupled with a few types of cardio workouts, along with a healthful, sustainable approach to nutrition. I offer fitness homework and nutrition support as well.

Each new client is required to schedule a consultation session where we review your goals, injury history, medical limitations as they pertain to safety with exercise, nutrition overview, and a movement assessment. These sessions are paid, and last around 45 minutes.

 

Following your consult, we have multiple program options to choose from:

 

One-on-one

These sessions are just you and me, working hard to achieve your goals. These sessions are extremely personalized, and created specifically for your body, your goals, and your abilities. These Private sessions come in a package of 10, with an option for an intro pack of 5 sessions for new clients only. Please know that results come from a long term, consistent strength training program, and cannot usually be achieved with 5 workouts.


Small group

These sessions are anywhere from 2 to 4 people. These are also extremely personalized, and I must have worked with your body prior to any small group sessions, so I am able to tailor the session specifically to who will be in the session. There is a prerequisite of 3 private sessions with me before I can place you into a group. You can train with your friends, or I can attempt to create a group for you. These are very fun, circuit style training sessions, and will be set up both inside and outside the bus. These Semi-Private sessions come in a package of 10, with an option for an intro pack of 5 sessions for new clients only. Please know that results come from a long term, consistent strength training program, and cannot usually be achieved with 5 workouts. Please also know that you cannot use a Small Group priced session if your partner or partners do not come to the session.
