Below are our frequently asked questions. If you find that we haven’t answered your question, you can contact us.

  • You can still exercise!! I have a ton of experience with pre and post natal clients, as well as experience with a multitude of injuries. I can help you rehab your injury, or we can definitely work around it until you are feeling better.

  • I hear this often! My goal is to set you up for success, and we will always begin your program from wherever you are on our first day together. Your goals are unique to your body, and I would never impose work on you that your body is not prepared for.

  • This is 100% ok! I have worked with all types of bodies, and all types of people that have not ever done strength training before. I love teaching proper form and movement patterns to brand newbies!

  • Absolutely!!

  • Not in the bus, however we will always be parked near a restroom facility.

  • Water bottle (I have a cooler in the bus,) comfortable and breathable workout attire, and maybe a towel if you tend to like to towel off.

  • I am fully vaccinated and boosted, and will happily wear a mask during your session if you prefer. There will only ever be two of us in the same space, and you will not have to wear a mask if you don’t want to. I want you to be comfortable, so please let me know your preferences and I will very happily accommodate them. In addition, I fully disinfect all equipment that we have used before my next client arrives.

  • I park it at a few different parks around town. We will discuss where to meet me prior to your training session.

  • Yes. Absolutely.

  • This depends on a multitude of factors. Results happen with hard work, dedication, and consistency. This is a team effort, and you get out of your program what you put into it.

  • Please reach out to me to schedule!

  • A single training session is not beneficial for your body, as bodies respond best to a consistent exercise regimen and a focused concentration on nutrition. I do not program for single workouts. I plan a full on Training Program for each body that I work with, which is at least 4 full weeks of work.

  • You can rent the bus for a block of time. Please reach out to me for more information.

  • We will discuss options for your specific training program when we meet. Program pricing options will be provided at that meeting. Please reach out to me for more information.
