Mobile fitness reimagined

Meet Russell the Muscle, our mobile fitness studio. Our bus is a fully equipped personal training studio, including dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, squat rack with barbell and trap bar, cable pulley system, ViPRs, TRX, prehab and rehab equipment, a versa climber, indoor rower, AED, and more! The windows are tinted to provide an element of privacy, and we have heat and air conditioning to help accommodate Denver’s weather. Most of the windows open completely for fresh air, and we even have a skylight. With beautifully hand crafted cabinetry, specifically designed for the space and the weight held within, the bus is a one-of-a-kind fitness facility that can work for anyone.

Our mobile fitness studio aka Russell the Muscle Bus is available for rent. Rent the bus for a wellness retreat or other type of wellness or fitness event, team building event, shopping event, bachelorette parties, or have it come to your Air BnB if you are staying in Denver. Other Personal Trainers are also welcome to rent the bus if they want to train their own clients there. Please contact me for more information.

Mile High & Tight Fitness was created by me to give my clients and I more flexibility in terms of safety, location, and scheduling of their Personal Training sessions. After my old gym closed, I needed to put my clients at a new gym, and I ended up traveling all over the city all day, working out of multiple studios and multiple homes. I really wanted a beautiful space to call my own, without being saddled with a large monthly rent and a single location. The bus idea popped up, and Russell the Muscle Bus was born!!

My approach to health & wellness stems from my love of movement, and my passion for helping people.  I truly am happiest giving another human (or humans) the support they need to become the best version of themselves. I thrive on working on achieving a goal with my clients, and watching them revel in their accomplishments. Getting to watch the increase in self-efficacy, pride and confidence in my clients is a gift that I cherish, and one of the main reasons I do this job. My singular goal in working with each client is to show them that they are so much stronger and so much more capable than they think they are. I then help them surpass their perceived potential, ten-fold. I can help you, with hard work and dedication, to be the very best version of yourself. Each client’s training program is extremely personalized and customized to his or her own unique goals, physical abilities, and current state of health. I work with ALL bodies. Young, old, injured, athletes, and everyone in between. We will work hard, have fun, laugh, and make positive changes in your mind and body.
